We currently ship to Belgium, the UK, Europe, and internationally. No matter where you are, we’ll ensure your Ella’s Elegance piece reaches you safely.

5. How much does shipping cost?

  • Belgium & UK: Free shipping on all orders
  • Other Countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

6. How long does delivery take?

  • Belgium & UK: 1-3 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local shipping carriers.

7. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s journey.

8. Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
For orders outside Belgium & the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to decide if your purchase is the perfect fit. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.

10. How do I return an item?

11. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

12. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
