Refund & Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is My Priority

At Ella's Elegance, I take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every bag and piece of jewelry my daughter Marie and I create. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.


Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, I’m afraid I won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of placing your order.

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process:
To start a return, please email me at support@ellas-elegance.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. I’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note, I don’t offer free returns, and items should be sent back directly to my fulfillment company in Asia.


Refunds

Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I’ve received your returned item. I will also let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Processing:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to post officially.

  3. Reach out to your bank; processing times can vary.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email me at support@ellas-elegance.com, and I’ll assist you with the process.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, I’ll send you a gift certificate.
